• Single handedly designed, programmed, implemented and documented a data conversion from a complex, legacy IDMS Database to Oracle 10g saving the utility company client thousands in annual license and CPU time fees.

• Selected as a member of implementation team for start up toy manufacturer. In addition to perseverance in working with difficult personnel, identified several add-on products that were sold and implemented to the manufacturer. Result was performance improvements that allowed manufacturer to get orders filled as well as over $1M dollars additional revenue for represented vendor.

• Representing a European-based software company with cultural differences in how a package was marketed, developed several white papers, tutorials and procedures that increased the revenue potential of these products by 50 percent.

• Enhanced training program for field personnel in order to help customers understand the benefits the company’s database products. Enrollment would be at the company’s Education Center or at the customer’s location. Taught as many as 500 people over four years. This resulted in increased corporate revenues of $280K and produced a more technically equipped and self-supporting customer.
